Honest and reasonable appliance repair.

This review is for evaluation and repair of my LG front-loading washing machine.

I found the company on Angie's List and then cross-referenced to Yelp. I submitted a service request, and they responded quickly and were able to schedule a visit that morning.

My washing machine had been leaking. We knew it wasn't from one of the external hoses, so we called in an expert to open up the machine (we were out of warranty). He identified the problem quickly. Apparently ours was the first time he had ever seen this specific part leak, but thankfully, the company had the replacement part in stock. He said he'd back later that week to finish the job and said that I could pay for everything when the repair was completed. The price cited was lower than I had expected, so I was very pleased.

This company is honest, and not only do they call ahead, but they also show up within the arrival window. This is a well-run business.

Scheduling was easy and the service was great. Honest repairman. Definitely recommend.
