We had an issue with our LG front loader washing machine. I called 3 semi-large, well known St. Louis appliance repair companies for help. One said they didn't work on LG appliances and I didn't receive calls back from the other two until 3 & 4 days after I called. I called ABS Home Services and received a call back from Brendan within 2 hours and he scheduled to come out a day and a half later. He was able to diagnose the issue but couldn't fix right away because he had to order parts. Upon receiving the parts, he scheduled to return and got the machine running like new.
We were very happy with the results and won't hesitate to call Brendan again should we need another appliance repair. **To highlight, Brendan is knowledgeable, and courteous. He comes within the short time window he gives and texts when he is on his way! A+++

After several years of flooding in my basement and seeking assistance from multiple plumbers across the area, I finally had someone come out who took my issue seriously. Mike was my Drain Tech and he was the absolute best. Not only did he take the time to really listen to my concerns, he was empathetic as he explained to me what needed to be done. Never in my life have I been so happy about having repair work done in my home. I am really looking forward to gaining some peace of mind. Others literally just came out and did what they were asked. If I suggested something or asked what else I could do, I was always greeted with a stale response.

I have a Sub Zero fridge that needed very minor maintenance and a light switch replaced. A few places on Yelp were inaccessible, others offered ridiculous quotes and there was a long wait to schedule. American Appliance scheduled it for the same day, the technician was friendly and knowledgeable and I was charged $90 for the service call, labor and parts. Highly recommended
