My dryer had quit working. I called A-OK and Kurt was easy to work with and schedule an appt . He worked with my schedule. It was a simple belt replacement, luckily I didn't need to buy a brand new dryer! I've referred many friends and family to him - Keep up the great job!!
My elderly in-law's 2 ovens went out on the same day, right before the holidays. We contacted several businesses, but no one could get to us for 2-3 weeks... or they didn't service their brand of ovens. I reached out to Serhiy and he responded immediately. He was so professional and really knew his stuff. He had good and bad news. Our ovens were not the problem, but we were having an electrical issue. He stayed to walk us through exactly what the issue was and even drew a diagram for us to show the electrician when they come.
We have no doubt he would have been able to fix what was wrong. We would absolutely call him if something else needs fixing. He's a hard worker, works long hours and is no doubt dependable. He's been in the business for a long time and even was an electrician for many years before. 5 stars!

Adam and the other gentleman ( sorry I totally spaced your name ) did an awesome job getting our dryer back up and running within 20 minutes of grabbing the two parts out of his truck. Outstanding service, great pricing and he's a dog lover!! We will be replacing the 'other guys' phone number in our phones with Avery's! These guys are the real deal!
My dryer died yesterday. The first appliance company I called put me out for 3-4 weeks. I called Robinson's and they made out today. They were on time and knew exactly what the problem was. It is complicated to replace the heating coil in my dryer, but he made it look easy and he wasted no time. Best part was everything was explained so I understood what he was doing and why.
I would definitely have Robinson back. Oh yes, fair pricing and friendly guy.
my whirlpool refri led lights stop working. called whilrpool.com they recommended abc appliance hospital. i went online to can the appointment with them they still showed up. since he was here, right, he looked ($107.00) just for looking normal, right, and then said a mother board was needed to fix he problem. i told him i'd look online with people having the same issue and told him how they repaired the issue he insisted a $350.00 mother board was the solution. the online solution was the replace the led light located in the freezer under the refri. i bought a led light and replaced it and my led lights work just fine. i gave these guys 5 stars because i wanted n e one else using this company to be cheated out of their hard earn money like i was.
