I was extremely impressed with Carlos, his repair knowledge, cleanliness with his service, and candor about cost and options for fixing my dryer which was no longer blowing hot air. When I first called, he got back to me right away. He stayed in communication on the day of service so I knew about when he would arrive. I also mentioned that the ice tray bar in my freezer was broken and it took him a minute or so to reattach it and he didn't charge me for it which was very nice. I 100% recommend him and give him 5 stars. I gave my mom his card too.
on Aug 18, I had an icemaker that stopped making ice- I called Prime, gave the office the model number for the fridge and icemaker, and they made an appointment that same day- on a Friday afternoon!

Wow!!! Can't believe the negative reviews I'm reading. I just booked a Whirlpool warranty service on our washer for next Tuesday and explicitly asked for Lake. I also then called Lake directly to request Giao. Over the years he's serviced our Whirlpool freezer (part of their SubZero-looking Sidekick combo), as well as one of our two Bosch dishwashers. *Every time* Giao's been on time, does a quick and accurate diagnosis, and then efficiently fixed the problem. Highly recommend Giao, and thus Lake.
