Great experience dealing with Lake Appliance Repair. Our dryer died on us. Called and their front desk person (sorry, I can't remember her name) was very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this company for their integrity, honesty, and professionalism. I had someone water my plants two years ago and they knocked a plant over. I had all my plants on towels and they threw the towel with potting soil all over it in the washing machine . Two years later I still have dirt on my washed close when I put them in the dryer. I called Reno Appliance Repair to clean the drum. Juan told me straight up it would cost more to repair the machine than have it serviced for this problem. Furthermore, he gave me instructions on how to treat this issue before buying a new machine. He gave me professional assistance without receiving a dime. I asked what he can do if he comes out to assess the machine and he honestly told me 'nothing.' I will definitely use this company in the future for appliance repair!
