My Bosch dishwasher was not draining properly and producing error codes on the display. I contacted Lou and he got back to me quickly. It turns out he was close by and could be at my place in 10 minutes. He quickly determined the drain hose was never installed properly causing the pump to work too hard. The hose is supposed to loop up and then back down before it goes into the drain to allow gravity to create a suction that helps draw water out. He rerouted the hose properly, and the dishwasher now works perfectly. Lou was friendly, professional, explained everything well, and knew exactly what the problem was. I highly recommend his service.

I spoke with Jason at Best Appliance Repair. He informed me that LG had extended the warranty on most refrigerators due to a compressor issue and recommended that I call LG, since they will only pay for LG repair folks.So, rather than come out and charge me a service call fee to tell me he couldn't fix my appliance, he gave me all the necessary information up front. I appreciate his integrity and plan to call him if/when I have an appliance failure in the future.

Something about being home 24/7 just made my appliances have melt downs! First, the oven wouldn't heat, This time,my dryer wouldn't heat! The appliance guy process did it right, right from the first call all the way thru the visit. I took about 3 days to find a time, and he arrived on time! My dryer is about 8 years old and the problem could have been several things. But he had a notion it was the element, checked it out first and was right! I had thought it was a circuit, and he checked that out too, which I thought was very thorough. I'm glad it didn't take a long time,he took the whole apparatus apart in about 2 minutes! He wore a hi-end mask the entire time, even though he was the only one in the small utility room.
