Dan arrived ten minutes early this morning (which was ideal for my busy schedule) and fixed/cleaned my burner on the gas range, as well as my freezer drawer which I had jammed in a moment of impatience. He helped me understand how to clean the gas range to prevent clog-ups in the future, replaced my freezer drawer, and we chatted about owning a small business (I own one too). The whole experience was wonderful and the price was reasonable. He wore a mask the whole time and we talked about how we were both vaccinated. I highly recommend this wonderful Maine company. This company is great. They were contracted by Bosch to diagnose an ongoing issue with our dishwasher. After thoroughly inspecting the machine, the tech asked me a bunch of questions and ultimately suggested a super simple cleaning step we could take at home, free of charge.
