Brandon gave me a heads up that he was able to arrive quite early if that worked for me. Friendly and informative, he asked several questions, turned on the washer, did some online checking to verify the issues, and declared the patient near death. Though I wanted better news, Brandon explained the issues thoroughly and offer helpful suggestions about brands that might serve me better than the 10 years I got out of this Maytag. His suggestions were later born out by Consumers Reports reviews.

I should add that scheduling was a breeze because the business line is answered by a knowledgeable and friendly person committed to service.

(I know it sounds like I'm a relative or something, but I'm not. They're just that good.)

Wonderful experience. Contacted them Saturday late afternoon and they came first thing on Monday to replace the refrigerator compressor fan. The repair guy was very friendly and professional. I will use them again for other repairs.

Awesome is the only way to describe this business . I called in March because my dryer had not been working since November. It worked but would not shut off when the cycle was done. the first appointment I booked I had to reschedule due to another appointment. Leanne was friendly and helpful and rescheduled me for the next week. The day before she called to confirm and said she had a cancellation so i could an earlier appointment that day. I said yes that was great. The day of the appointment Peter called and asked If I was available( my appointment was for 9:00- 11:00). He arrived went straight to work diagnosing the 'patient' upon plugging it in it went on right away(not good) then checked the timer dial(it moved the way it was supposed to) but when he tried the on/off button it seemed stuck. And that is what the problem was! He removed it and dryer fuzz, dirt, and debris came out after cleaning it off the button worked fine. He then said if this continues to happen I would need to replace that button($55.00). He also gave me great advice and tips on my dryer, said if I had any problems/concerns to give him a call. Thanks to John's I don't have to ride on the bus with wet laundry anymore. Would call them again and recommend them to family and friends. Highly professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Dalius helped me with three independent issues with my refrigerator and garbage disposal on two separate visits. Each encounter he was a pro. He asked clear questions to help troubleshoot my issues, offered quick estimates, and during repair was more than happy to explain the work he was doing. Highly recommended.

Called A & L to come out and look at our clothes dryer that had an intermittent heating issue that wasn't resolved by another repair company. Steve came out promptly and troubleshooted the problem. After the part was received, he returned to install the same week. Communication from the main office was great, and they kept us informed every step of the way! All the people we dealt with were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend A & L for your service needs!
