Mr. Jackson was wonderful? He was able to fix my 20+ yr old stove very quickly. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and extremely friendly and accommodating. Not only was he able to fix my stove, he also took extra time to change out a couple of light switches in my ceiling fans.
I don't even know how to act...having a working oven and working lights in two rooms that were non-working for 2-3 years!

My Ice Maker stopped working in my 13 year old Kenmore Fridge. I replaced the ice maker itself and it worked for a day or 2 then stopped working.
Bill was available quickly and took his time to diagnose the issue. Turned out to be a sensor. I paid him for his time and the part and he was back the next day to install it (was later in the day on his first visit).
Ice maker works great now.
