The Tech, named Jerry, did an excellent job, cleared my problem in the kitchen, knew immediately that there might be a problem with bathroom room drain because it's right next to kitchen and took care of it. He even made sure there wasn't a leak at the meter. He definitely knew exactly what to do and did it.
