Superior service at a very reasonable price. Ron responded to my request within minutes and was able to schedule service the same day. As I wasn't able to be there during the repair of my garage door, Ron sent photos with a thorough explanation of the cause of the malfunction and how he fixed it. Exceeded all expectations and Ron will be my first choice for any future garage or appliance repair needs.

I called Andy's to get my dryer fixed. Rick came out and replaced our heat elements. Rick was on time, introduced his self. He put shoe protectors on before entering in my home. Explained what the problem was. Gave me the price it would cost to repair. Cleaned up after he finished. Gave me a handshake and told me to have a nice weekend. Fast, Friendly and Affordable! I've had my share of plumbing needs in the past few years with varying satisfaction, so this time I thought I'd check Yelp for a recommendation. I'm glad that I did and glad that I went with Reddick Plumbing out of Lincoln. I had a seldom used shower which had a control that got stuck on full hot water output (on a Sunday, of course). Fortunately, I could turn the hot water off at the water heaters to get it down to a small stream of cold water. There isn't any other shut off to the shower and no rear access in the basement. Fearing that it was going to be a costly pain to replace the valve by tearing into the shower, I talked to the owner Troy on Sunday and said that I could at least wait until Monday. He had me send a picture and said that he could probably replace the core to the control and take care of it. Feeling much better already! He moved the appointment from 11 AM to 8 AM with plenty of notice and was down here in Firth and gone in less than 30 minutes (plus the 30 minute travel). I have to echo the other reviews here: Troy was knowledgeable, honest, professional and reasonably priced and I couldn't have asked for better scheduling. In short, the kind of service that gets repeat business and recommendations to friends and relatives. Thank you!!!!!!

Highly recommend! I made the call yesterday because our fridge stopped cooling and their tech was out this morning. He knew the fridge extremely well, had the part on hand to get our fridge repaired and had it cooling again in under an hour.

100% recommend this company. I have a home warranty and recently ran into a problem with my washer. Called my warranty company and Carlson accepted the service call. I heard back from them within 2 hours of me making the call to my warranty company they had already scheduled me for service! The tech on time very professional friendly. Swapped out my washers transmissions. Seamless process with them. I finally tested my washer with a full load and noticed it was spinning out my clothes. I called Carlson and asked do I call my warranty company and have them send you guys back out? Micheala who answered the call was super sweet said no and scheduled me for a return check at the 1st opening they had. She called me back not even 10 minutes later and said the Tech has some he time to squeeze me in today and got my washer back to working order. He kept my standing appointment should a repair need to be made but will gollow up with me Tuesday to see how its going. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for not only friendly seamless service but also affordable quality work from professionals.
