Called Seniors to set an appointment; the tech told us to go and switch the breaker off and then on and to unplug and plug the stove in. Voile' the stove works like a dream. I moved into a new home 14 months ago. After the year warranty was up on the built in microwave, it blew a fuse. Dye's friendly tech replaced the fuse and the problem causing the fuse to blow. The builder placed the outlet in a position that crimped the cord to the power. Dye's tech moved the outlet to a safer area which eliminated the problem.
