Our Frigidaire Gallery Series Laundry Center frontload washer stopped draining and Yury came out and diagnosed a broken pump and carefully explained our options to repair/replace it. He ordered the part on Thursday and when it came in on Tuesday morning, he immediately contacted me to to let me know he could come install it at the end of the day. His previously scheduled appointments for that day ended up taking longer than anticipated, but he contacted me within the promised time window with a sincere apology and to give me the option to have him still come to our house that evening or reschedule for another day. Since I had to work the rest of the week, I opted to have him come that evening anyway and even though it was very late in the day, he showed up with a friendly, professional attitude and performed the repair and I was able to get a load of wash done that night. I would not hesitate to use his service again.

Bob showed up the same day to fix my 'squeaky' dryer. He cleaned out the vents, fixed the dryer, and cleaned up after (there was sooo much lint!). He was polite and explained what he was doing.
I would highly recommend him.

I texted Stan on Labor Day about a drainage error code on my LG washer. He responded right away , explained the likely cause, gave me an estimate, and said that he could have someone over within 3 hours. On Labor Day ! I decided to just buy a new washing machine instead of repairing our old one. I told Stan I wouldn't be using their service but asked him for advice on what type of washing machine to purchase (he said front loading LG), and he helped me out.
