came back out to remedy. all good. tried to delete earlier post but am having trouble. I now trust Ron and will have him back if he's willing next time we have a problem.
Steve Bretz called ahead, came when he said he would, performed the repair quickly once he had the part and explained everything in the process. We have an unusual size refrigerator and he did not have the part on his truck, but ordered it and helped me to reschedule the followup visit at a time that worked in my schedule. The only glitch was that it took a few minutes on the phone to get the second appointment but with regards to the work done by Steve, it was excellent!
