What a great service that repaired our tenant's oven the same day. The oven was cutting out as it heated up and was found to need a new igniting element. The service responded in the early am within an hour and set up an appointment for early afternoon. Justin, the service techncian was courteous and professional. My GE gas dryer is at least 20 years old and it started to make a loud noise in the back when the drum was rotating. I prefer to repair vs. replace, so I contacted Robert after reading many of the glowing Yelp reviews. I was not mislead in the slightest! Thanks folks!
Robert responded right away via text, had a list of questions for me that informed him of the make & model of my dryer, and inquired about my availability. His service/diagnostic fee is very fair and gets incorporated into the labor cost if you choose to move forward with the recommended repair.
Robert stayed in communication with me and was very accommodating when my schedule changed the day before my appointment. He gave me a heads-up before arriving at my house and came to my door with everything he needed to repair my dryer. Any replacements parts he needed were readily available in his van. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and tidy. Added bonus: payment for your repair can be made a variety of ways!

Highly recommend.

Called for service on a non- working refrigerator. He explained the problem was part of a class action and not worth repairing, nor would anyone work on it.

Very helpful. He could have charged for a service call but was honest, thorough, knowledgeable and professional.
