OK this is a long story, but its worth doing because these guys really hooked me up.

I have a KitchenAid dishwasher that has some parts that seem to go bad pretty regularly. Mechanically the device is fine - but the top rack is always doing something annoying with itself.

I requested appliance repair in 28226 ZIP Code in Charlotte. I knew what the parts were, but I was unable to be 100% certain that I could order the correct ones because frankly they all pretty much look alike.

HPS sent out a person within an hour of my contacting them on yelp - on a Saturday.

To top it off, since I knew exactly what the problem was, the technician was able to give me the exact part numbers so that I could repair it myself if it breaks again in the future.

I offered to pay a diagnostic fee, but he refused to take it.

I would definitely recommend this business to anyone with any appliances issue. I had a malfunction in one of my cooktop range and Ihor from CLT Appliance was here to help out with the situation.
He is very knowledgeable in regards to appliances and was able to fix that in no time. He even answered some questions regarding other appliances which was very much appreciated.
Price wise i haven't had used any other business but they sound decent as they wont charge you for visit if you plan to use their service. Also Ihor did me a solid with a knob fix without an extra labor charge. Service is no doubt the best as they manage to visit 3 times to get the issue resolved, from ordering parts to making sure all components works.
So i would definitely recommend them.

My ice maker stopped producing ice and after buying bags of ice week after week, I finally broke down and reached out to have someone come look at it.
This company had great reviews. They replied back to my quote request within 30min and they were able to schedule someone on the same day I called. Paul came out and in under 30min he made adjustments and fixed the ice maker! It's been working great since!!!
I was very happy with the replies, scheduling, repair and cost. Wish I had called sooner!
I will use them again for repairs if needed,& have already recommended them to friends!
