My Nine year old LG washer started to make noise and didn't work. LG gave me two companies in Birmingham that did warranty work. I called service Care in the morning and they had a repairman out by noon the same day.
He found the issue, fixed it and was less than $90 !Awesome service !!!

This is a first rate company. Trained technicians (by the manufacturer; in my case Sub-Zero), prompt and neat workmanship.

My 8 year old refrigerator was icing up and there was a 'factory update' involving a new fan and many related parts.

They also diagnosed the problem with my Sub-Zero Beverage Center, ordered parts, removed it and took it back to their shop for repairs. It will take about a week for repairs and re-install.

The Technicians arrived on time, worked efficiently, fixed my built-in refrigerator, cleaned up and left - what more can you ask for?

Mark was terrific! Highly recommend using Steel City for all your appliance repairs. (a) He is the owner, so you don't have to talk to anyone else. (b) He definitely knows what he's doing. He is just one of those people who knows how to take things apart and put them back together properly. (c) He is old enough to have done this for 20 years, so you won't have anything he hasn't seen before.

My problem was that the oven was not heating properly, and there was a slight gas smell when I tried to use it even though the stove burners were working perfectly. He diagnosed the problem just from that description, but took the time to take the stove apart to make sure he got it right. He had the part on his truck, and the whole thing took only 20 minutes or so. Then we spent another 30 minutes chatting about life and stuff, because he's a really friendly and interesting guy.

I would absolutely call him again if something goes wrong with any appliance at my place. You can rely on him.

Jonathan showed up exactly on time. He not only fixed the issue that I called him about but also identified and fixed another issue that was causing ice build up in my freezer. Overall extremely satisfied with the service provided.

I have used A to Z on several different occasions and each time they fixed my problem with no hassle. They did a safety check on my dryer, repair my dishwasher, and also fixed our refrigerator. The owner Robert is very courteous and he didn't have to take all day to figure out what the problem was. I could tell that he knew what he was doing.
