Recommend! Quick and professional. Our fifteen year old washing machine stopped working. Mr. Carreira came out, diagnosed the problem, asked if we wanted to replace the part, gave us a cost, and voila! we have a working washing machine again! Yes, there is a service fee. Happy to pay it!
I'd give JR more stars if I could, but I'm limited to five. Good response time, excellent service, darn nice guy. The repair price wasn't cheap, but it was reasonable and I believe good value for the money. Will definitely call again if anything goes wrong with an appliance.
My washing machine broke down and a friend recommended Bob from Home Towne Appliance. What a lucky day! He was able to come the next day, showed up when he said he would, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He told me how much it would cost, and he had the right parts with him so he could do it immediately. He was done within 40 minutes and parts and labor to get my machine going again was only $140, a real bargain for a machine we were considering scraping and buying new! I would recommend him to anyone!
