So I have a 10 year old Bosch oven and my wife has been complaining about it not holding temps for a while now. I'm thinking I need to buy a $4000 new oven since it is so old. But I called Travis County Appliance Repair on Thursday afternoon. They set up a Saturday 10am appointment. (What?!? Who does less than 48 hour appointments these days???) the guy shows up on time, is neat and tidy, and fixed the machine for the exact amount of the quote to the penny. Would I recommend them? Oh heck yeah!
Called OLIMP for a GE dryer timer replacement. They immediately scheduled an appointment and texted with me to get the specs of the dryer for the correct part. The price was reasonable and the repair was done on time. I will definitely be using them again!
Micky was very professional. He showed up after a long day of service, and I was thankful he made it. He knew exactly what the problem was when I described my LG dryer wouldn't spin over the phone. We were able to schedule the visit the next day. He had the part ready to go. He had a mask on, which is always appreciated. After he replaced the part, moved the washer & dryer back in place, he wanted to clean up the dirt on the floor. It was not necessary, but I thought it was very nice of him to offer. The whole service took 20 mins. Micky was also kind enough to take a look at my refrigerator on his way out because I had a couple of questions for him. He's definitely going to be my go to for all my future appliance service needs!
