Had a freezer-not-working emergency over the weekend, messaged Atlas over Yelp. I got a response on Sunday with a early morning follow up call to schedule an appt. Joe showed up by 10.30am Monday and was able to look over the fridge and advice me. Our washing machine broke and I spent a couple of days trying to figure out which appliance service to call. I saw the reviews on some of the local FB pages, but then checked further. I finally called Philly Appliance Services. They had great reviews I called and set an appointment. Paul was running a little late and called to let me know. It wasn't a problem. He was very apologetic. He arrived and fixed my machine quickly. He has originally quoted me and price spread, but then he only charged me a small portion of that as my problem didn't really require new parts or a lot of labor. Very nice to deal with and I was very happy with his service.

After our excellent appliance repairman retired, we had trouble finding a reliable replacement. We called TigAlex when we had a problem with the water system in our refrigerator, and have been very pleased with them. I left a message for them late in the day on Monday, and they called back promptly and scheduled us for Wednesday. The technician (Dimitiri) diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us a firm estimate for parts and labor, including a new water filter. When the parts arrived and he returned to install them, and he found out that the filter we were using was practically new and did not need to be replaced, he subtracted the cost of a new one from the estimate, so the total bill was actually $54 LESS than the estimate. We will certainly call TigAlex again the next time we need an appliance repair.

My appliance was insured and they stayed and spoke with/worked with my insurance. When my stove broke, I used them again and again I had a quick response and great communication.
