The first visit Julio discovered we had a faulty dishwasher motor that had caused water damage. This is in the process of being repaired by mitigators. Julio was professional and cheerful in delivering the bad news.
This morning, at our request, Julio made another visit to our home to diagnose a problem with the refrigerator ice maker. Julio went the extra mile in trying different ideas and was successful in getting the ice maker making ice once again with no additional time or parts ordered. Had an issue with our washer. They came and checked things. The technician reset the washer and said he would research the problem and let us know. Got a call from the office manager who told us they couldn't determine the exact issue and there would be no charge. When is the last time a company has said that - we don't know what the issue is and there no charge.... NEVER!! Upstanding business that didn't overcharge! Most companies would still give you a service charge for just coming out. Nice to see a business that doesn't just charge for the sake of charging!!
